1. That bread needs to be sliced nice and thinly, otherwise it will all become too stodgy!
2. If you prefer a stronger cheese, use pecorino instead of parmesan.
3. Be SUPER careful with the egg – try not to break it when cooking!

30g (1 oz) DRIED BLACK OLIVES
1 STICK OF CELERY
20g (1/2-1 oz) PARMESAN CHEESE
A PINCH OF OREGANO
A PINCH OF SALT
OLIVE OIL
