Potato pie with cheese with blue mold. Very aromatic and tasty. Suitable for breakfast and dinner. It can even be served on a festive table or used as a snack. A universal recipe, I advise you to try it.

For 2-3 persons.
INGREDIENTS:
• ready-made puff pastry
• ½ onion
• 50 gr cream cheese (see the recipe on my channel)
• 300 gr potatoes
• 50 gr gorgonzola cheese
• fresh rosemary
BESHAMEL SAUCE:
100 ml of milk, butter 40 gr, 1 tbsp. flour, pepper, salt.
Melt butter, add flour, stir, add milk, stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until thickened.
Pre-boil potatoes, cut into rings.
Roll out the puff pastry in the shape of a baking sheet.
Bechamel sauce, cream cheese, salt and put in a bowl. We mix.
Spread the cheese filling in an even layer on the dough.
Put the potato rings on the cheese filling.
Put the chopped beam and crumbled gorgonzola cheese on top.
Sprinkle rosemary on top.
Sprinkle olive oil on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Send to oven for 25 minutes.
