Lactarius deliciosus:Fungi del sangue/saffron milk cap mushroom
The name Lactarius deliciosus indicates that this mushroom produces milk. In fact, when it is cut and touched it releases a latex of a red – orange color, quite dye, reminiscent of the flow of blood.

saguinaroi o funghi dell’alpino in Trentino;
sanguinoso in Abruzzo;
e lardaru sanguignu in Puglia).

Garlic and onion
Bay leaf
Chopped parsley
6 pcs Salsiccia
1/4 Seasoning cube
6 cherry tomatoes
