Panna Cotta Old Italian Recipe

Ingredients:
gelatin – 3 teaspoons
water – 2 tablespoons
sugar – 60g
heavy cream- 170ml
milk – 170ml
vanillin extract – 2 teaspoons

Part 1
In a bowl, mix the gelatin with water and set aside for 5 minutes.

Part 2
Pour milk,heavy cream, sugar, and vanillin extract into a pot.
Heat over medium heat stirring all the time, when it starts to boil turn off immediately. Now add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Pour into serving dishes, let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
