So there are thousands of restaurants in Italy, but it is way more fun to learn how to cook an Italian recipe. Today we will cook Pasta Amatriciana together with my Roman friend who has invited us into her Roman kitchen.

For the recipe – Serves 4
4 cups Pomodoro tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves
1 peperoncino pepper
1/2 cup chopped pancetta
500 grams bucatini pasta
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano
1/2 tsp salt
Handful Basil
