This is a super quick meal and easy recipe. I purchased these zucchini noodles from Costco months ago. They are Tattooed Chef brand and now I cannot find them at Costco. I have contacted the company on Facebook and request they get them back into Costco. Maybe with your help, by contacting them too, they will put them back in the store.

Saute your onion and garlic, then add mushrooms, if you like them.
The sauce is fantastic even though it’s pre-made. It is a time saver.
It’s easy to make it Vegan and then add some chicken if you have meat eaters too.
