Garlic bread recipe
Ingredients-
For dough
1/4cup warm milk
1tsp dry yeast
1tsp sugar
1tsp oregano
3 grated garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
1tsp butter
1cup or 150gm maida
1tsp oil for greasing
For filling
1tbsp butter
1tsp oregano
1tsp chilli flakes
3 grated garlic cloves
2 tbsp coriander leaves
3cubes or 1cup Mozzarella cheese
180°preheat for 10min
Bake 180° for 15-20min
