Tiramisu recipe | Italian tiramisu
Tiramisu- classic Italian coffee flavored dessert. Made of ladyfingers (vicenzovo biscuits) dipped in coffee syrup rich mascarpone custard, and whipped cream egg whites. For this time I choose to make my tiramisu with whipped cream but you can make it with whipped egg whites.
Ingredients :
• 3 large egg yolk
• Sugar
• Heavy cream, cold
• Vanilla
• Instant coffee
• Vicenzovo biscuits (ladyfingers)
• Cocoa for dusting
