Chicken Spaghetti by Food Prescription

Step 1: Pepper Sauce
Ingredients:
โ€ข Olive oil – 1 tsp
โ€ข 1 Red bell pepper
โ€ข 1 green capsicum
โ€ข 1 Onion
โ€ข 1 Tomato
โ€ข 5-6 garlic cloves
โ€ข Salt to taste
Method:
โ€ข In a pan, add oil and then add all the veggies
โ€ข Roast them for 10 min on medium to high heat.
โ€ข Then turn off the flame , cool down the veggies a bit and then grind them.
โ€ข And our pepper sauce is ready.

Step 2: Chicken marination
Ingredients:
โ€ข Olive oil – 1 tbsp
โ€ข Chicken breast
โ€ข Red chilli powder
โ€ข Salt and black pepper
Method:
โ€ข Pound the chicken pieces and add all the spices along with oil.
โ€ข Massage the chicken nicely.
โ€ข Grill it on the pan for around 20 min (time may vary depending on the size and thickness of chicken)
โ€ข Cut the chicken into pieces.

Step 3: Making
Ingredients:
โ€ข Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
โ€ข Salt – 1 tsp
โ€ข Pepper – 1 tsp
โ€ข Pasta water -1/4th cup
Method:
โ€ข In a pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, add the pepper sauce and add the seasonings (salt,pepper,chilliflakes) and pasta water, cook them on medium heat for 5 min.
โ€ข Now, add in the shredded chicken and simmer the sauce again for 5-7 minutes.
โ€ข Add the boiled spaghetti and combine the sauce very well.
โ€ข And our delicious chicken spaghetti is ready to be served!
