For todays video I am bringing you an old family recipe which never fails to cook up the best tasting Lasagna you will EVER TRY!

LASAGNA RECIPE (serves 4)
Sauce:
1-2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 medium size carrot (finely chopped)
1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
1 celery stick (finely chopped)
Half a glass of wine (120 ml around about)
Tomato Passata (500g)
Beef Mince (500g)
Salt and Pepper to taste ( I didn’t end up adding any pepper)
Vegetable stock ( depending on thickness, I added around 600ml)
White Sauce (Basciamella):
Butter (70g)
Flour (70g)
Fat Milk (1L)
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
To construct Lasagna:
Parmesan to taste
Mozzarella to taste ( I use Galbani)
