The most original recipe for tiramisu. Incredibly practical and easy to prepare.

Materials
-250 g Mascarpone
-16 Lady Fingers
-2 eggs
-4 tablespoons of granulated sugar (2 for egg whites, 2 for yolks)
-1 tsp granulated sugar (for coffee)
– Around 200 ml of espresso or filter coffee, but do not use while hot
-approximately 2-3 tbsp cocoa

Take the egg yolks in a bain-marie with 2 tbsp sugar and whisk them quickly (until they reach 72 degrees Celsius) until they thicken and do not smell like an omelet.
Then add the mascarpone cheese and whisk it well.
โ€ขIn a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar for 5 minutes until foamy and thickened.
Gently mix the egg white with the cheese mixture in 3 parts, without extinguishing it too much.
โ€ข 1 dessert spoon that you have prepared before. Dip the lady fingers one by one into the warm coffee to which you have added sugar, wet them and place them in your bowl.
โ€ขAfter arranging the biscuits tightly in 1 layer, pour half of the cream over them and repeat the same process on the 2nd layer.
In this way, wrap it in cling film and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 night, then serve it by sifting cocoa. That’s it๐Ÿซ
