Cut each chicken breast in half, season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour about a table spoon of olive oil in the pan then cook on each side until browned, add parsley flakes then cook for a minute on each side. Put the chicken into a pan, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, add the sliced tomato, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese then cook in the oven on broil until the cheese melts and the tomato slices look cooked and enjoy.
