Meet Marco Waters, a chef from Italy. Today he shows us how to make ‘Cisto & Rusty Stakes’.
He creates a tomato sauce, packed with flavour, to surround thinly sliced chicken steaks. To accompany this delicious dish, he creates a pesto and diced chicken pasta. The perfect dish for a summers dinner party.

Ingredients per 4 person:
320g – Conchiglie
6 – Chicken breasts
6 – Garlic cloves
1/2 – Onion
1 – Handful of bay leaves (dried)
1 – Jar of Pesto
1 – Bottle of RAW tomato sauce
8 – Slices of hardened bread
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, chilly horns, rosemary
