Ingredients for tart crust
250 g Oreo lemon cream cookies (approx. 15-17 cookies)
If making with regular graham crackers add 1 tbs lemon zest and 50 g melted unsalted butter
Ingredients for lemon cream filling
8 oz (220 g) cream cheese
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Juice and zest of an entire large lemon
½ tsp vanilla extract
Lemon curd ( just enough to spread a thin layer, I used orange marmalade and it didn’t work quite well . It made the crust wet and crumbly , so don’t use any marmalade that has a very loose consistency. Any thick jam may work well too. .
Optionally , you can whip up some heavy whipping cream to decorate the cake , about ¼-⅓ cup plus some sugar to taste ( 1-2 tsp)

250 г лимонные печенья с кремом ( если печенье без крема добавьте 1 ст л цедра лимона и 50 г топленое сливочное масло)
Начинка
Сливочный сыр (Филадельфия) 220 г
Жирные сливки ½ ст (125 мл)
Цедра и сок одного лимона
Ванилин
Лемон курд ⅓ ст (или столько сколько понадобится для покрытия основы)
Для декора можно использовать ¼ -⅓ ст взбитых сливок
