Let’s make my super sexy 4 CHEESES PASTA! #shorts
Ingredients (serves 4):
-360g fusilli pasta
-200ml milk
-100g Gruyere cheese
-100g Gouda cheese
-120g Gorgonzola cheese
-100g Parmigiano cheese
-a pinch of black pepper
-a pinch of nutmeg
-a pinch of salt

First of all, cut or shred your cheeses into tiny pieces and grate your Parmigiano.

In a pan over low heat, add milk and let it warm up for about 3/4 minutes. Add your cheeses one at the time (Gruyere, Gouda and Gorgonzola) and keep stirring until they melt. If your sauce is a bit lumpy, don’t worry! Simply transfer your milk and cheeses mix in a glass or plastic container and blend everything together with a hand mixer!

Turn the heat off and incorporate your grated Parmigiano. Stir everything until sexy!

Season with a pinch of pepper and nutmeg and, if necessary, a pinch of salt as well.

Boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente, drain and mix it with your sauce. Toss well to combine all the flavours together, adding a couple of spoons of pasta water if necessary!
