Ingredients –
ForBoiling Pasta:
1. Penne Pasta – 1 Cup
2. Water to Boil
3. Salt – 1/2 tsp
For Red Sauce :
1. Tomatoes – 4 medium sized
2. Chopped Onions – 1/4 Cup
3. Oil or Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
4. Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
5. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
6. Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
7. Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
8. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
9. Dry Red Chillies – 2 nos.
10. Salt to Taste – 1 tsp
11. Sugar – 1 tsp
12. Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
For Making White Sauce :
1. Butter – 2 tbsp
2. All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp
3. Milk – 2 Cups
4. Cheese Slices – 2 nos
5. Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
6. Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
7. Oregano – 1 tsp
8. Salt – 1/2 tsp
9. Onion Slice – 1
10. Cloves (Laung) – 2
Method –
For Boiling Pasta:
1. In another pan take Water to boil and add 1/2 tsp of Salt into it and boil for 5 mins.
2. Once the Water comes to boil, add 1 cup of Penne Pasta and boil until soft, it takes almost 7 mins.
3. Check with the spoon if boiled completely.
4. Then with the help of strainer remove all the Pasta and keep aside.
For White Sauce:
1. In a pan take 2 tbsp of Butter and 2 tbsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and mix well on medium flame until aromatic.
2. Then add 2 cups of Milk and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Then take a slice of Onion, insert 2 cloves in it and add to the pan and boil until thickens.
4. Once the sauce thickens, remove the Onion slice and then add 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes, 1 tsp of Oregano, 1/2 tsp of Salt as per taste and mix well.
5. After 5 Mins Sauce Thickens and at this stage turn off the gas and keep aside.
For Red Sauce:
1. In a sauce pan take Water to boil it nicely.
2. Cut the edge of Tomato and from other side give the X mark to the Tomatoes and add into sauce pan along with 2 Dry Chillies and cover the lid and boil for 5 to 7 mins on medium flame until skin starts to come out easily.
3. After 7 mins, remove in bowl and allow it to cool down completely.
4. Once cooled down, remove the skin of all the Tomatoes, add to mixer jar along with dry red chillies and 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and blend into smooth puree.
5. In another heating pan, take 1 tbsp of Oil, 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped Onions, 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes and sauté until color changes.
6. To this now add blended Tomato Puree into the pan, then add 1 tsp of Mixed Herbs, 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp of Sugar, 1/2 tsp of Salt as per taste, 2 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup and mix well.
7. Cover the lid and boil until sauce thickens it takes just 4 mins.
For Making Pink Pasta:
1. Once the Red sauce thickens, add the White Sauce and mix it well.
2. Finally to this now add the boiled Penne Pasta and mix well. Add Cheese Slices and mix well again.
3. Pink Sauce Pasta is now ready to serve hot.

पास्ता उबालने के लिए:
1. पेनी पास्ता – 1 कप
2. उबालने के लिए पानी
3. नमक – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
रेड सॉस के लिए:
1. टमाटर – 4 मध्यम आकार के
2. कटा हुआ प्याज – 1/4 कप
3. तेल या जैतून का तेल – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
4. कटा हुआ लहसुन – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
5. चिल्ली फ्लेक्स – 1 छोटा चम्मच
6. ऑरेगैनो – 1 चम्मच
7. काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 छोटा चम्मच
8. कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच (वैकल्पिक)
9. सूखी लाल मिर्च – 2 नग
10. स्वादानुसार नमक – 1 छोटा चम्मच
11. चीनी – 1 चम्मच
12. टमाटर केचप – 2 बड़े चम्मच
वाइट सॉस बनाने के लिए:
1. मक्खन – 2 बड़े चम्मच
2. मैदा – 2 बड़े चम्मच
3. दूध – 2 कप
4. चीज़ – 2 नग
5. काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 छोटी चम्मच
6. चिल्ली फ्लेक्स – 1 चम्मच
7. ऑरेगैनो – 1 चम्मच
8. नमक – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
9. प्याज का टुकड़ा – 1
10. लौंग – 2
