We attended an Italian Pizza and Gelato Cooking Class in a farmhouse in Tuscany!
It was soooo much fun, we would definitely do it again in a heartbeat. Never thought making an authentic Napoli pizza was this simple and easy as long as you know the right techniques! BUT maybe except when it’s about time to throw the dough up in the air?
We received a Certificate of Participation right after the class from Walkabout Florence and a few days after also received an email with the Pizza & Gelato recipes attached to it. Definitely an experience we will never forget!
