Hi everyone and thanks for watching my WW Meal Prep video. These meal preps are the food that I eat for weight loss each week. So far I have lost a total of 70 pounds following the WW Blue Plan.
For this week’s meal prep we tried Slow Cooker Italian Red Pepper Chicken (0 points) from Slender Kitchen. We paired it with seasoned rice (7 points) from Recipe Zazz. Here are the links for both of these recipes:

We also made Taco Bowls. Mine was made with ground turkey and Charlie had ground beef for his. We added corn and black beans to the bowls. Below is the recipe for my Turkey Taco Bowl:
Turkey Taco Bowl – 2 points on the WW Blue Plan
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
1/2 pack hot & spicy taco seasoning
1/2 pack original taco seasoning
1/2 packet of Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Brown turkey in skillet, add in remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Also, need whole kernal corn drained and rinsed and black beans drained and rinsed and just add to bowls. I just warm mine in the microwave and serve over a bed of lettuce and add salsa, guacamole (make sure to add the extra points if you add this), and some non fat greek yogurt as toppings and this is delicious! I also like to eat this with Baked Tostitos (3 pts per individual bag).
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies:
1 scoop PE Science Chocolate Cupcake Protein Powder
1 scoop Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder
****I’m sure any chocolate and peanut butter flavored protein powder will work****
200 grams of 100% Pure Pumpkin
5 grams of sugar free Jello chocolate fudge pudding mix
10 grams of Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
1 tbsp of baking powder
100 grams of egg whites
14 grams of Lilly’s Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added Baking Chips
14 grams of Lilly’s Butterscotch No Sugar Added Baking Chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add in the pumpkin and egg whites. If mixture seems a little dry you can add a little more egg whites. Mix together well. Then add in the chocolate chips.
Scoop mixture into 12 scoops onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 9-10 minutes.
Don’t overcook them…they will firm up more once they cool.
These are 1 point for 1 cookie and 2 points for either 2 or 3 cookies on the WW Blue Plan.
