Ingredients and Recipe :
– Take 4 – 5 Cup of water
– 1 TBSP Salt
– 1 TBSP OIL
– Let the water boil
– Now Add pasta
– Boil for 10 – 15 minutes
– drain when soft
For White Sauce Preparation
– 1 TBSP Oil
– 2 TBSP Butter
– 1 TSP Chopped Garlic,
– Saute for 30-50 seconds on medium flame
– Add 2 full TBSP or ½ cup Maida (all purpose flour)
– Fry for 2 minutes
– Now add milk 4 Cups (Use Cold Milk so no lumps form and mix well)
– 1 TSP Black pepper and 1/2 TSP Salt,
– when sauce is thick , add cheese slice, Mix a little and set aside
– sauce is ready
Chicken Preparation and Final Step
– Take 1 TBSP OIL
– 1 TBSP Butter
– 1 TSP Chopped Garlic
– Fry for 30 seconds on medium flame
– Add 1 cup boiled chicken (chopped),
– cook for few seconds and add pasta
– Mix well
– Now Add Pasta Sauce
– Mix Well
– Cover and Cook for 1 Minute
– Pasta is Ready 🙂
