***INGREDIENTS***
MEATBALLS
1kg Ground Pork or Ground Beef OR Mix
1 Large Egg
1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Iodize Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Cup of Flour
Cheddar Cheese
PASTA SAUCE
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 Large White Onion
2 tbsp Fresh Italian Oregano (for garnish)
1 handful of fresh basil
2 pcs of chili (remove seeds)
43.5oz or 3 Medium Canned Tomato
900 Grams Spaghetti Pasta (or pasta of your choice)
1 tbsp iodize salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp Italian oregano
5 tbsp tomato paste
***INSTRUCTIONS***
MEATBALLS
1. Add all together the ground beef/pork, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic, and bread crumbs.
2. Use an ice-cream spoon to mold the pork/beef to create meatball.
3. Slice the cheddar cheese into cubes.
3. Stuff the meatballs with cheddar cheese.
4. Put the meatballs to a flour to add some coating.
5. Remove the excess flour by shaking the meatballs.
6. Heat some cooking oil to a large pan.
7. Fry the meatballs for 2 minutes on both sides.
8. Set aside.
PASTA SAUCE
1. Finely hop the white onion and garlic.
2. Remove the seeds of the chili
3. In the same pan where you fry the meatballs, sute the onion.
4. Once translucent, add the garlic.
5. Scrape with a wooden spoon all the mayard in the pan.
6. Add the canned tomato and stir well.
7. Add salt, pepper and Italian oregano/
8. Add the tomato paste and stir well.
9. Cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
10. Add the chopped Basil.
11. Add the meatballs and stir well.
12. 9. Cover and simmer for 3-5
13. Add the chopped chili and mix well.
14. Turn off the heat.
15. Combine with pasta and the fresh Italian oregano for garnish and add some parmesan cheese
