Ingredients:
– 1 cucumber
– Ice
– 1 cup gin
– ΒΎ cup Italian bitter aperitif
– 1 β 750ml bottle sparkling wine
Instructions:
1. In a pitcher, combine gin, Italian bitter aperitif, and prosecco.
2. Add ice and stir gently to combine.
3. Fill a punch glass halfway with ice and fill with punch, pouring slowly so as not to cause the mixture to overflow.
4. Garnish with a cucumber slice, if desired
