RECIPE and DIRECTIONS

:::RECIPE:::
1 cup – Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup – Parmesan
1/4 cup – Chopped Basil
1/4 cup Chopped Italian Parsley
1/4 cup – Milk
1 Tbsp – Tomato Paste
3/4 Tsp – Salt
1/2 Tsp – Black Pepper
1/2 Portobello Mushrooms Minced
2 – Eggs
2 – Cloves Garlic Minced
1 – Onion Finely Chopped
1 lb – Ground Turkey
Olive Oil

:::DIRECTIONS:::
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
For Meatballs – In large bowl combine Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Basil, Parsley, milk, tomato paste, mushrooms, salt, pepper, eggs, garlic and onions.
Stir with wooden spoon.
then add the turkey meat.
Using hands gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Use an ice cream scoop to form the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place meatballs on nonstick baking sheet, spacing apart.
Bake until cooked through for 15 minutes.
Check that meatballs are 165 degree F.
