today we propose you what I would call the MOST WANTED of Italian Sauces
the RAGU ALLA BOLOGNESE

this sauce meets lasagna and spaghetti, love and tradition

in my family especially every Sunday at lunch we gather and we have some fantastic maccheroni al ragu, and my father when he was a kid he used to have on special family occasion maccheroni al ragu too,
so as u can see it’s not just in good food the tradition in Italy but we do take food in our family tradition

300 g of minced beef pulp, 150 g of Pancetta , 50 g of carrot, 50 g of celery stalk, 30 g of onion, 300 g peeled tomatoes sauce , Β½ glass of red wine, Β½ glass of whole milk, a little broth, salt, pepper
