Ingredients for
FOCACCIA BREAD

For the dough
1/2cup warm milk
1tsp sugar
11/2tsp dry yeast
Mix all three ingedients and rest it for 10 min to activate the yeast
2cup maida
1/2cup suji
1tsp salt
Add the yeast mixture and kneed the very soft dough and add 1tsp oil and add water gradually if needed
Cover the dough and rest it for 1 hour

For toppings
Onion sliced
Corriander
Tomatoes
Chillies
Red chilli flakes

Take 1/2cup water and mix 2tbsp oil to brush on the bread
Bake it for 25 to 30 mins in pre heated oven at 180 degree
When the bread is baked brush some oil or butter on it to keep the bread soft
