2 Chicken Breasts – Butterflied & sliced to make 4 pieces (pound to make think & even)
3/4 C-1C Flour
1/3 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
3- 6 TBSP Olive Oil (you will use this in different stages)
Stick of Butter (6-8 TBSP – you will use in different stages)
2 Whole Lemons (Juiced)
1 Lemon Sliced
1/2 Cup White Wine (I used Sauvignon) or Chicken Stock
1/3 Cup of Capers (rinsed)
1/2 -1 Cup of Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley (Chopped) – Use for garnish
Salt and Pepper
