My friend, Danielle shares her delicious red sauce recipe. This was pretty much the best spaghetti ever! It was robust and flavorful. We dipped our garlic bread in the sauce and it was so tasty.
heat a large pan to medium heat and add
1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion finely diced
Cook until onion is translucent
add
5 or 6 cloves minced garlic
2 or 3 carrots shredded
add
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can petite diced tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
cook on medium heat for 15 minutes (stirring every few minutes)
add
3/4 c freshly shredded/grated parmesan cheese
1 c heavy whipping cream
stir in and cook until combined and bubbly
stir in your favorite cooked pasta
add more fresh parmesan to the top
add freshly ground pepper
