White Sauce Pasta (Béchamel Sauce Pasta)
Simple, quick and Cheesy Pasta 🍜

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
For Boiling Pasta
1 cup Penne Pasta
Water
For Vegetable Saute
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Garlic, (chopped)
1/4 cup onion, (chopped)
1/4 cup carrots, (chopped)
1/4 cup broccoli, (chopped)
1/4 cup capsicum, (chopped)
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 tsp salt
For white Sauce
30 gm butter
30 gm all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper pwd
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp herb seasoning
1/4 cup Processed Cheese
Process
• In a heavy bottom pan, heat water & bring it to a boil. Now add pasta and cook for about 90%.
•Strain the pasta in a bowl.
•Reserve pasta water. Keep aside for further use.
• Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, and cook.
• Add onion, carrots, broccoli, capsicum, and boiled corn. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
• Add Salt.
• In a pan add butter & melt it on a low flame.
• Add all-purpose flour and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
• Add 1/2 cup milk first & whisk. Add 1 cup milk gradually & whisk to avoid lumps.
• Cook sauce until thickens & add salt, black pepper pwd, chilli flakes
& herb seasoning.
• Add boiled pasta & sauteed vegetables. (Turn off gas before adding veggies & pasta)
• Add pasta water if the sauce is too thick & cook for a minute.
• Garnish with cheese.
