Recipe: Lasagna Pasta in Red Sauce
Ingredients for Boiling Lasagna Sheets:
Water – 2-3 Cups
Olive oil – 1 Tsp
Salt – A pinch
Lasagna sheets – 3-4 Sheets
Ingredients for Stuffing:
Olive oil – 1 Tsp
Green Bellpepper (Capsicum) – 1/2 Bowl (Chopped)
Red Bellpepper – 1/2 Bowl (Chopped)
Yellow Bellpepper – 1/2 Bowl (Chopped)
Boiled Corn kernels – 1/2 Bowl
Boiled Broccoli – 1/2 Bowl (Chopped)
Salt – A pinch
Pepper – A pinch
Oregano – 1 Tsp
Basil – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp
For Red Sauce (Arrabbiata Sauce):

Boiled Lasagna Sheets
Vegetable Stuffing
Red Sauce
Grated Cheese
Process:
For Boiling Lasagna Sheets:
1. In a pan at low flame, take water and allow it to boil
2. Add salt, olive oil and lasagna sheets
3. Mix well and let it boil for 5 mins
4. Sheets are done. Take it out in a strainer.
5. Immediately add water (room temperature) on it
6. Separate the sheets and keep it aside
For Stuffing:
7. Take a pan at low flame and add oil
8. Add red, yellow, green bell pepper, mix well, cover and cook for a min
9. Add corn kernels, broccoli and mix well
10. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, chilli flakes, mix well and cover & cook for 2 mins
11. Open the lid, mix well and take it out in a plate
For Red Sauce (Arrabbiata Sauce):

12. Take a microwave safe glass container
13. Grease it with oil
14. Add layers starting with red sauce, boiled lasagna sheets, red sauce, vegetable stuffing,
grated cheese, boiled lasagna sheets, red sauce, vegetable stuffing, grated cheese,
boiled lasagna sheets, red sauce, grated cheese
15. Lasagna is ready to bake
For Baking:
16. Put it in microwave at Microwave setting for 4-5 mins
17. Open and check whether cheese is melted and brown in color
18. Take it out and cut it into equal parts
19. Lasagna pasta in red pasta sauce is ready to serve
