.All Purpose Flour “00” 250 g
.Rice Flour 100 g
.Cold Butter in pieces 150 g
.Powdered Sugar 125 g
.Eggs 1 whole + 1 yolk
.Baking powder (1 teaspoon) 5 g
.Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
.A Pinch Of Salt

For the Ricotta Cheese Fill

.Ricotta Cheese 500 g
.Caster Sugar 100 g
.Chocolate Chip (small) 100 g
.Eggs 1 whole + 1 albumen
.Corn Starch 15 g
.Orange zest
.Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)

Bake in a Preheated Static Oven at 170 °C / 340 °F for 70/75 minutes, until it reaches a golden brown color, let it cool down and cover with powdered sugar, you can store it in the fridge if you don’t eat it all within the next day.
