200 g (1.6 cups) all-purpose flour

12 g (2.4 tsp) baking powder
1 pinch salt
½ orange + lemon zest
½ tsp anise powder
70 g (0.3 cups) plant milk any
30 g (0.2 cups) sunflower seed oil
30 g (0.1 cups) white wine
vanilla extract

1 L (0.3 gal) sunflower seed oil
½ cup plant milk any
4 tbsp sugar
200 g (1 cup) vegan custard
