6 cups bread flour or plain flour
2 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary leaves
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups of warm water (or as required)
2-3 cups of hot water for baking

Notes:
1. For the plain bread bowls skip garlic and Rosemary.
2. You can make it and freeze it for up to a month.
3. Broil it on the center rack of the oven for 2-3 minutes before serving.
4. You can use these edible bowls for soups, stews, chili or dip.
