চুলায় crostata বানালে ১০ মিনিট আগে পাতিল টি গরম করে নিবেন. তারপর পাতিলের ভিতর ১ টা স্টেন বসিয়ে মল্ড টি দিয়ে দিবেন এবং ডাকনা দিয়ে ডেকে দিবেন. মধ্যম আচে ৩০ মিনিট bake করবেন. ১০ মিনিট পর চাল টা উঠিয়ে নিবেন.
