Ingredients for Risotto with Cardoncelli:
-Cardoncelli mushrooms, 500 gr
-Parmesan Cheese freshly grated , 70 gr
-Onion, a little one
-Vegetable or meat broth 8 cups
-Steel white wine, a glass ( #Agimbe Cusumano)
