Ingredients:
– Eggs 7
– Sugar 7 tablespoons
– Mascarpone cream – 500 Gr
– Whipping cream – 200 Gr
– Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
– Rum essence 1/2 teaspoon
– Ladyfingers 400 Gr
– Coffee 200 ML

Process
You will need 2 separate bowls – one for egg whites, one for yolks. Whisk the egg whites with the whipping cream in the first one. In the second one, mix yolk, sugar, and flavors.
Then pour the content of first bowl into the second one and mix until you get a homogenous texture.
Put it in the fridge.
Next, make a base of ladyfingers dipped in coffee. Get the cream from the fridge and pour it over the base. Make a second base and cover it with the remaining cream. Finally, dust the top with cocoa powder, then put it into the fridge for at least 3 H. Enjoy!
