So today I have done my own Italian Meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese, seasoned them with Salt, Pepper and Garlic
And for the sauce I used
1 red onion Finely chopped
1 sweet bell pepper Finely chopped
3 Tomatoes quarted
2 Tins of Italian chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 teaspoon of Basil
1 teaspoon of tyhme
1 teaspoon of coriander or cilantro
Good Pinch of sugar
Salt and Pepper too taste
And served it on a bed of good Italian Pasta.
