This recipe is practically no-fail!INGREDIENTS
7g dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
300ml (1 1/4 cup) water
600g (5 cups) flour (all purpose)
50ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
Salt
2 tbsp cocoa
Black chocolate
Milk chocolate
White chocolate
METHOD
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Divide the dough into portions. Put the chocolate in each portion and shape into balls. Put all the balls into the mold. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
Garnish Danubio with dark chocolate.
