For The Cohcolate Cake:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
10g Baking Powder
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Sugar
20g Vanilla Sugar
1 cup Hot Water
1cup Canola Oil
3 Large Eggs
For the Italian Meringue Buttercream:
5 Large Egg Whites
1 cup White Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Water
450g Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
