Recipe: Italian Veg Chilli Bread

Ingredients:

For white sauce:
Butter – 1 Tsp
Maida Flour – 2 Tsp
Fresh Cream (Malai) – 1 Tbsp
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Oregano – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – To Taste

For veg mixture:
Butter – 1 Tsp
Beans – 2 Tsp (Chopped)
Carrot – 2 Tsp (Chopped)
Capsicum – 2 Tsp (Chopped)
Salt – To Taste
Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp

Bread Slices – 4 Pieces
Grated Cheese – As required

Process:

For white sauce:
1. In a pan, add butter, maida flour
2. Roast maida flour for 1-2 mins till it turns aromatic
3. Add fresh cream (malai) and mix well
4. Add milk and mix well
5. Add pepper powder, oregano, salt and mix well
6. White sauce is ready

For veg mixture:
7. In a pan, add butter, beans, carrot, capsicum and mix well
8. Add salt, chilli flakes and mix well
9. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins
10. Open the lid and mix well
11. Add white sauce prepared earlier and mix well

12. Take bread slices and give round shape
13. Add prepared veg mixture
14. Add grated cheese
15. Bake in oven (Temp – 240 degrees, Both grills on, Time – 5 mins)
16. OR Cover and cook in a pan for 5 mins
17. Take it out in a plate
18. Italian veg chilli bread is ready to serve
