The use of Pesto is not limited to the Italian cuisine. There is so much more than just Pasta that you could do with Pesto sauce. We came up with a version of Chicken Kebab or Grilled Chicken appetizers, which could be prepared using the Basil and Spinach Pesto sauces as the base. It turned out to be an amazing find. It goes well on its own or even with Indian breads.

Boneless chicken: 500 gm (cut in small cubes)
Spinach Pesto: 5 tbsp
Basil Pesto: 2.5 tbsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Pepper: 1 tsp
