Hi everyone!
Today we are going to make a French Martini, but with some Italian touch! 🇮🇹

It is an original recipe moving from the basic idea of the French Martini i.e. Vodka, Pineapple and Raspberry liqueur and playing around with tastes and consistencies.

I infused the Vodka with Cinnamon and Vanilla and I have swapped the Raspberry liqueur – usually the french Chambord – for homemade Raspberry Syrup and compensate the booze with some Rosemary and Coconut Infused Martini Rosso (hence the “Italian” pun!)
Pineapple is also been freshly juiced at home with just the aid of a Cheesecloth (for which one to buy and how to use it check my video out!➡️

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘀:
50ml Cinnamon and Vanilla Infused Russian Standard Vodka
50ml homemade Pineapple Juice
25ml homemade Raspberry Syrup
20ml Rosemary and Coconut Infused Martini Rosso
A bar-spoon of homemade Grapefruit bitters

Garnish with coconut slices and rosemary on top
