Every holiday my grandma makes a traditional Italian holiday cookie called Anginetti but we always called them Jeanette’s. They’re so delicious and nostalgic for me! I can never eat just one. Let me know what you think of the recipe. The ingredients are:
Cookie:
– 3/4 cups of butter (softened)
– 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup of cane sugar
– 3 eggs
– 3 cups of flour
– 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla (or 1 1/2 teaspoons)
Glaze
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 3 tablespoons milk (I used almond milk)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Nonpareil Sprinkles
