Mango Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta is a traditional Italian Dessert. It is orginated from Northen Italy . Panna cotta (Italian for “cooked cream”) is an Italian Dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin/china grass and molded. It is a very easy dish to prepare with a very few ingredients. I have given this dish a different twist. I have prepared this preparation with mango.

Ingredients
150 ml Sweetened Mango Juice/Smoothie
10 Grams China Grass /Agar Agar
1 Cup Fresh Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
4 Moulds

Procedure
1. Heat the 150 ml mango Juice in a sauce pan on low flame.
2 . Then add 7-8 Strands of China Grass/Agar Agar Noodles, cook it the mixture till it melts.
3. Take 4 bowls add this mango mixture into to the bowls for the first layer of panna cotta.
4. Put this bowls into the blast chiller /freezer for 30 mins to set.
5. Later take a sauce pan add 1 cup Fresh Cream, 1/2 milk and heat it on low flame.
6. Add 7-8 strands of China Grass/ Agar Agar into the Cream mixture till it melts.
7. Add Sugar into this mixture and turn of the flame .
8.Now, remove the bowls which were kept for freezing add this cream layer on the freezed layer.
9. Let this set for an hour.
10. Then unmould the panna cotta and garnish it with Holy Basil leave.
