In today’s In the Kitchen video we’re making an Italian Sausage and Brussels Sprouts Hash recipe that turned out absolutely AMAZING! I think this is my favorite recipe we’ve made yet! It was so easy, it’s Keto, and it was done so quickly. This is definitely a recipe that I recommend.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of butter (or ghee or duck fat)
4 slices (OR MORE!) of bacon
1/2 chopped yellow onion
12 ounces Italian sausage
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
10.6 ounces of white mushrooms
14 ounces of sliced Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Eggs over top (prepare to your taste)
