Tiramisu – classic Italian coffee flavoured dessert. It’s a most popular dessert made of ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits) dipped in coffee syrup (without using any liquor), rich mascarpone custard, and whipped egg whites. This time I chose to make my tiramisu with egg whites but you can make it with whipped cream
Ingredients:
5 Egg yolks
5 Egg whites
1 ½ cup of Strong coffee (espresso)
¾ cup of Sugar
450g Mascarpone cheese (room temperature )
2 tspoon Vanilla extract
40-45 Savoiardi biscuits (Ladyfingers)
Cacoa powder for dusting
*If you find hard to get mascarpone cheese, beat together 400g of soft cream cheese with 6tbsp of whipping cream.
