Gina’s pasta is a love child of cannelloni and tagliatelle. You think ‘that’s not possible!’ but it is – and stuffed tagliatelle is delicious. Gina makes this for her family’s restaurant, La Cilicchia, near Jesi in Marche, central Italy .
