HEALTHY QUICHE RECIPE
I love this recipe because I have lightened it up and made it healthy but you still have all of the delicious quiche flavors. I have maximized the flavors by using flavorful oven roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, and fat free feta.This Quiche is so healthy and still packed with flavor. I hope you enjoy!

16 OZ FAT FREE COTTAGE CHEESE
5 EGGS WISK AND ADD TO MIXTURE
1 TSP ITALIAN HERBS
1/2 C FRESH CHOPPED BASIL
2 TSP GARLIC
3-4 OZ FAT FREE OR LIGHT FETA CHEESE
4 OVEN ROASTED TOMATOES SMALL CHOP ( IF NO OVEN ROASTED TOMATOES SUBSTITUTE FOR SUN DRIED TOMATOES ABOUT 3 TBS CHOPPED OR 2 ROMA TOMATOES DICED
1/4 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP PEPPER
1/4 C WHITE OR SWEET ONION
1/3 C FAGE 00 FAT GREEK YOGURT
1/4 C FAT FREE MILK
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
PORTION OUT ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF QUICHE PER MUFFIN CUP
BAKE AT 350* F FOR ABOUT 40-45 MIN
MAKES ABOUT 13-15 MUFFIN QUICHE
