Ingredients for 4 servings:
– 300 grams of penne pasta
– 300 grame of salmon, peeled and cut in small pieces
– 4 garlic cloves chopped
– 1 big red onion chopped
– 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 150 ml of tomato puree (passata)
– 150 ml of sour cream or cooking cream
– 1 parsely link chopped
– salt and pepper
Preparation:
We bring to a boil the water for the pasta. Add salt. When the water is boiling, add the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking we can cook the sauce.
Heat the olive oil in a big and deep pan.
Add the garlic and the onion. Fry until the onion is almost cooked.
Add the salmon then some salt and pepper.
Crush the salmon pieces.
Add the sour cream and gently stir. After 2-3 minutes add the tomato puree.
Meanwhile, the pasta should have cooked. Drain the pasta and add it in the pan.
Cook the pasta together with the sauce for another 2-3 minutes and add more pepper.
Add the chopped parsely and stir.
