Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles:
Ingredients:
Noodles ยฝ packet
Garlic 1 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Cheese 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Basil leaves 2 tbsp
Parsley or fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce ยฝ cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 3 cups
Method:
Heat oil in a wok and fry the garlic. Then add water and boil well. Now add black pepper, salt, oregano, red chili flakes and paprika powder. Mix well. Then add noodles and cook on low flame until the pasta gets tender. Now add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and butter. Cook well. Then add cheese and mix well. Now place it into a serving dish and add parsley or fresh coriander. Lastly add basil leaves and serve hot.
Mattar Pulao:
Ingredients:
Rice ยฝ kg
Peas 2 cups
Oil ยฝ cup
Onion (sliced) 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 2-3
Star anise 1
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 10
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Chicken cube 1
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
Heat oil in a wok and fry the onion. Then add all whole all spices, ginger garlic, tomatoes, green chilies and salt. Cook well. Now add 2 cups of water and peas. Cook well. When the mixture starts to boil add chicken cube and rice. Cook properly. Then cover and cook well. Lastly add mint leaves and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
Aam Choor Bhari Mirchain:
Ingredients:
Green chilies (large) 10
Dried mango powder 4 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Cumin (roasted, crushed) 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ยฝ tsp
Turmeric powder ยฝ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Fennel (crushed) 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
In a bowl add dried mango powder, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, cumin, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, crushed fennel and tomato ketchup. Mix well. Then slit the green chilies from center and fill the prepared mixture in it. Lastly heat oil and fry the chilies. Serve hot.
