In this video we will see how to make hot chocolate in two ways that is french hot chocolate and Italian hot chocolate also known as Cioccolata calda . French hot is a thin compared to that of the Italian hot chocolate , but anyways both has a unique flavor and texture of it’s own , guys do try this recipe at home and don’t forget to like and share .
French hot chocolate:
*3/4 cup milk.
*25g Dark chocolate.
*1 Tablespoon sugar.
*A pinch of salt .
*1teaspoon cocoa powder.
*1 cinnamon stick.
Italian hot chocolate:
For the mixture:
*1 Tablespoon corn flour
*1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
*A pinch of salt
*1/4 cup milk
*1/2 cup milk
*1tablespoon sugar
*50 g Dark chocolate
