700 grams water between 90-95 degrees
20 grams salt
1/4 tsp yeast

2 cans san Marzano tomatoes
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 half onion
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tsp basil
2 tsp dried parsley
pinch of sugar
salt+pepper to taste
Pizza Ranch
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbs vinegar
A few squirts of Worcestershire
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Salt + Pepper to taste
Add more or less of each ingredient dependent on personal taste
